During the program, the guests toured our Faculty’s building, visited our lecture halls, and observed our infrastructural facilities. They showed particular interest in the Anatomage Table, which they found extremely useful and innovative.

As part of the visit, our colleagues from Porto gave a comprehensive presentation introducing their university, including its organizational structure and operation. The presentation provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the professional parallels and differences between the two institutions. One of the visitors was a member of the five-person communications team from the Faculty of Sport at the University of Porto, giving us valuable insight into the functioning of that specific field as well.

Our guests also had the chance to get acquainted with the city of Szeged. They especially appreciated its friendly atmosphere, historical downtown, and riverside setting. Although Porto is a significantly larger city, they found a special connection in the parallel between the Tisza and the Douro rivers.

The visit proved to be highly enriching and inspiring for both parties. It facilitated a valuable exchange of experiences and laid the groundwork for potential future collaborations.
