The Student Scientific Assotiation activity is a student-instructor workshop and professional partnership going beyond acquiring the knowledge of the compulsory course material. It gives the student the opportunity of thoroughly getting to know a topic, the applicable research methods and equipment and acquiring new knowledge beyond the compulsory course material. The Student Scientific Association activity is advantageous at many academic support and tender.

The support is valid over a period of 10 months, from 1st December, 2023 to 31st September, 2024, and it gives the amounts of 15.000 HUF per month.

For the application the students must submit:

• the Consultant’s Statement signed by the Consultant (a requirement in the application),
• the Certificate that confirm the presentation at the conference,
• the screenshot from Neptun certifying the Grade-point average of the previous semester (a requirement in the application)

to the english.etszk@szte.hu email address.

It is a criterion that the Applicant must undertake to participate in the Student Scientific Circle Conference being held in autumn, 15th November 2023 and must also undertake to participate in the National Student Scientific Association Conference in the case he/she advances.

The applications are evaluated by a 3-member committee that is established by the Faculty Scientific Committee and the Student Council.

At the evaluation the good academic results (GPA of the previous semester is considered) will mean an advantage.

The deadline of submitting the applications: 22nd November, 2023 – 4.00 p.m.
